We are small and intend to stay that way for a while. When a role opens it is listed here, and it is one we would rather leave unfilled than fill badly.
Every role
Three things are true of every role here, and it is fairer to say them once at the top than to bury them in each posting.
Exercises are paid, at contract rate, and you keep what you write. We ask for about three hours, never a weekend.
The salary range is the range. It is not an opening position, and we do not pay less to people who ask for less.
You get an answer within five working days of the last conversation, including when it is no.
